Hi there,
Welcome back!
I’m sure you’ve heard all about the coronavirus (COVID19) that recently surfaced and completely caught people off guard. Before I dive into the facts, I want to ensure you all that The MWM Team is still fully operational. Our team is taking the necessary precautions to ensure the health of our clients and team members. Community wellness and safety are very important to us and we continue to enhance our precaution practices daily in order to maintain a clean and hospitable environment.
If you haven’t heard, we recently enforced a virtual consultation policy in regards to meeting with our buyers, sellers and renters. During these virtual consultations we address all of your needs via the web until we must venture out for viewings and closings. We also offer virtual tours for all clients in the state of Georgia and those out of state looking to relocate.
Now, here’s the latest on COVID19. The team and I wanted to share some facts with you:
All non-essential businesses may operate between the hours of 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, but of course, must adhere to other stated guidelines such as social distancing and primarily working from home when possible.
Governor Brian Kemp issued an executive order to close all public schools K through 12 until April 24th.
The Best Preventive Measures Are:
- Stay home as much as possible
- Wash your hands consistently for 20 seconds or more
- Avoid touching your face, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
- Avoid contact with those who are sick
- Use disinfecting wipes frequently, especially on high traffic areas such as door knobs, checkout kiosks, etc.
Please be sure to do your part in staying healthy and keeping those around you healthy. For more accurate information regarding COVID19, visit the CDC website (cdc.gov/coronavirus) or local news outlet websites. As always, stay safe, stay home, stay informed!
