Exercise Alone or with a SMALL Group
Choose activities that allow you to maintain an appropriate distance between each other, such as hiking, walking or biking. Do your best to minimize direct contact and save your hugs, high-fives and fist bumps for another day.

Alongside working out with one or two friends, try downloading the 21 Day Fix app as an accountability partner. The app allows you to track your nutrition and workouts. It also allows you to monitor your water intake. If you prefer your space during quarantine, while still keeping track of your transformation, this may be the app for you! Oh and don’t forget, YouTube is loaded with tons of workout videos. Pick one, blast your favorite tunes and get to it!
Revamp Your Yard
If group fitness or workout videos aren’t your style, try doing a little yard work. You can do this from the comfort of your home and get some fresh air all while being able to work up a nice sweat. Not to mention, this home project could really change up the look of your fun. Another fun outside project with some brisk activity could be redecorating your patio or front porch furniture.
